DAY-TO-DAY AS A RETAIL CLIENT CARE ASSOCIATE
- Your typical schedule is Tuesday - Friday from 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:30am-5:30pm.
- In this important position, you are responsible for a range of tasks to keep our business running smoothly! With an upbeat, positive attitude and a smile, you interact with clients, assist them with both Retail and other items they may need, and provide great customer service.
- You also help out with office work and basic software management tasks, collaborating with your team to make every day a great one!
- We’re proud of our Retail variety – up-selling is key, and we’ll train you on all the thoughtful products and services offered in this location.
