Location: Woofs and Waves - Pet & Aquarium Supplies

Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday–Saturday

Schedule: 5 shifts/week (8-hour shifts), including closing shifts until 7:30/8pm; set of rotating midweek days off, closed on Sundays

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Floor Lead who thrives in a busy retail environment and loves getting things done. You’ll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly — leading sales floor, keeping it organized, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. The most important thing we do at Woofs and Waves is we give a damn: about our store, about our customers, and about each other. Our goal is to be THE go-to local pet supply store in the Sioux Falls area.

What You'll Do:

Keep the sales floor operating efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed and team members stay on track.
Hold team members accountable to maintain store standards and achieve goals.
Onboarding and training new staff.
Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers.
Leading in-store and online orders, ensuring timely pickup and delivery preparation.
Assist management with and lead product check-ins, stocking, and labeling.
Provide top-notch customer service and assist with client communications.
Support social media content creation, store events, and additional tasks to enhance store operations.
