Dynamic Accounting is a rapidly growing bookkeeping company specializing in service-based industries and some non-profit clients. We are dedicated to empowering our clients by streamlining their bookkeeping processes, clarifying cash flow, ensuring financial compliance, and identifying barriers to growth. We are seeking an experienced Remote Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for clients, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analytics to provide insights into company performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Assist clients in understanding and managing their cash flow to maintain financial health.
- Collaborate with clients to identify financial blockers and growth opportunities, including workflow improvements and implementation of advanced technology applications.
- Provide expert advice on relevant accounting issues.
- Use QuickBooks Online to its fullest potential, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Coordinate and manage payroll processes efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional client service, acting as a trusted financial advisor.
- Bookkeepers will need to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks Online Certification is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience with QuickBooks Online is strongly preferred.
- Ten years of overall bookkeeping experience is ideal.
- At least five years of payroll processing experience is required; Human Resources skills are preferred.
- An associate’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in non-profit or construction accounting is highly advantageous and will receive special consideration.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong, customer-focused approach.
Schedule:
- Must be available to respond to clients Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time.
- Flexibility beyond these hours is an option to complete work requirements.
