Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk

Family-owned, highly rated pet grooming business serving Naperville, Aurora, and Warrenville since 2006

Requirements:

Staff must be available Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Work on-site at our Naperville Salon
Greet clients and check pets in/out
Handle dogs safely and compassionately
Answer phones, schedule appointments, reply to emails
Provide price quotes and manage front desk operations
Educate clients and promote services and products
Closing responsibility: Must be able to close and lock the salon independently after training (once competent with end-of-day procedures)

Ideal Candidate:

Strong customer service and front desk experience
Comfortable with dog handling and basic animal behavior knowledge
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy salon
Good communication skills (phone and email) and attention to detail
Team player who can work independently when needed and maintain a calm, professional demeanor around animals and clients
Prior professional or volunteer experience with dogs in helpful but not required.

What We Offer (Wage / Benefits):

Starting pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
$2700 - $3100 per month (depending on experience/performance)
