Are you a friendly, outgoing person who loves both people and pets? We’re looking for a Receptionist – Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Renton! This position is the face of our pet resort and plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest—two-legged and four-legged alike.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and their pets with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Check pets in and out for boarding and daycare services
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages in a prompt, upbeat manner
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with reservations
- Organize pet feedings and medications during drop-off
- Walk pets to and from their suites as needed
- Offer personalized upsells to enhance each pet’s stay
What We’re Looking For
- A bubbly, confident communicator who enjoys helping people
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfort working in a busy, active environment
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn about pet care and safety
- Dog-handling experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
7 am to 6 pm Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with a 1-hour lunch
