Position Overview:
As a Dog Walker with DogOn Fitness Bethesda, you'll have the opportunity to walk a variety of dog breeds, ensuring their exercise needs are met safely and joyfully. This role involves adhering to our strict safety protocols and maintaining high standards of care. We prioritize creating an engaging and enriching experience for the pets and their owners.
This position would require weekday availability from 10am-3pm. We would prefer a candidate who has consistent availability but you would not be required to work Monday - Friday. Currently, Monday - Wednesday is our busiest period.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Earn $18 to $22 per hour based on services performed, plus bonuses and tips. Starting pay is determined by prior experience. Most new staff members earn $1000-$1700+ per month based on work performed and availability.

Qualifications:
- A genuine love for dogs and ideally some experience with cats.
- The ability to drive from one client residence to the next, while performing a dog walking route.
- Ability to comfortably work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A reliable and proactive approach to work.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Commitment to safety and the ability to follow established protocols diligently.
