About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, support staff, and ensure exceptional service for both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Resort Manager with daily operations and task prioritization
Read and respond appropriately to both human and animal behavior
Resolve customer and employee concerns effectively
Meet deadlines and operational goals
Create solutions to operational challenges
Support team performance and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications & Skills

Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of animal behavior preferred
Experience with front desk operations and staff management
Familiarity with KPIs and sales goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to quickly learn booking software
Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented

Schedule

40+ hours per week
5 days per week (Sunday–Saturday availability required)
Includes approximately two weekends per month
Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (seasonal)

What We Offer

$19 to $21 per hour (Depending on experience)
$3600 to $4100 per month
