We are a full-service pet care business offering dog walking, pet sitting, dog daycare/boarding, pet taxi services, and limited and full grooming. We are searching for dedicated individuals to join us in a part-time role combining dog daycare work and neighborhood dog walking. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to provide administrative support across our growing portfolio of businesses, including a thriving pet care service, and a property management operations company. This is a unique opportunity to work with an entrepreneurial team and make a direct impact on multiple business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Manage scheduling and calendar coordination across all business entities
Handle email management and client communications
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Coordinate meetings and appointments

Pet Care Business Support (Philly's Paws & Claws):

Assist with client onboarding and portal management
Support employee scheduling and training coordination
Help with client communication and follow-ups
Assist with policy documentation and updates

Property Management Support:

Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications
Assist with tenant communications and documentation
Support property acquisition research and documentation
Help manage multiple LLC structures and compliance

Construction Business Support:

Assist with project coordination and scheduling
Handle vendor communications and documentation
Support administrative tasks related to construction operations

General Business Operations:

Data entry and record keeping
Invoice processing and basic bookkeeping support
Research and analysis for business development
Support marketing and promotional activities

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Experience with scheduling software and client management systems preferred
Reliable and trustworthy with confidential information
Have access to a vehicle and a laptop
