About Us
We are rapidly growing and expanding our services to create the ultimate environment for dogs to thrive. We are guided by the Five Freedoms of Animal Welfare, ensuring dogs are free from hunger, discomfort, pain, fear, and have the ability to express natural behaviors. From day camp and boarding to training, we provide enrichment, therapy, and expert care to improve each dog’s confidence, health, and happiness.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Kennel Manager to oversee daily kennel operations and support our team. This leadership position will guide, delegate, and collaborate with staff across all areas—Daycare, Boarding, Bathing, and Office—ensuring accountability, safety, and excellent care for every pet.
This role is hands-on and grows with you: as you thrive, your responsibilities and opportunities for leadership and development will expand. You’ll work closely with existing management and report directly to the Owner to help shape operations and improve services.
