About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, support staff, and ensure exceptional service for both pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Resort Manager with daily operations and task prioritization
- Read and respond appropriately to both human and animal behavior
- Resolve customer and employee concerns effectively
- Meet deadlines and operational goals
- Create solutions to operational challenges
- Support team performance and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of animal behavior preferred
- Experience with front desk operations and staff management
- Familiarity with KPIs and sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to quickly learn booking software
- Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented
Schedule
- 40+ hours per week
- 5 days per week (Sunday–Saturday availability required)
- Includes approximately two weekends per month
- Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (seasonal)
What We Offer
- $19 to $21 per hour (Depending on experience)
- $3600 to $4100 per month
