Beyond retail, we offer Daycare, Cageless Boarding, Expert Grooming, Training, a Self-Wash, Massage, and Social Events. Position:
Urban Pooch Canine Life Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and dog-loving Retail & Client Care Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, learning about dog wellness, and working in a positive, fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist clients in-store, on the phone, and during check-in
- Support retail sales by confidently recommending products and services (we train you!)
- Help clients find solutions that support their dogs’ health, happiness, and enrichment
- Complete basic office and software-related tasks accurately
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a welcoming, organized, and fun environment
- Contribute to a culture of kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and reliable team player
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort using basic computer systems and software
- Interest in dogs, dog care, and pet wellness (prior experience a plus, not required)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail setting
Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
