We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Dog Handler to join our team.
Position Overview
The Overnight Dog Handler is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility during evening and overnight hours. This role primarily involves cleaning and preparation tasks, with occasional client interaction for early or late pick-ups and drop-offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize playrooms, bathrooms, and other main facility areas
- Wash and sanitize dishes and prepare cleaning supplies
- Set up breakfast for the dogs
- Perform routine cleaning duties to ensure a neat and orderly environment
- Check clients in and out for early and late pick-ups and drop-offs as needed
- Complete miscellaneous tasks to support smooth overnight operations
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage cleaning tasks efficiently
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients
- Prior kennel, cleaning, or animal care experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual
Schedule
- Friday & Saturday overnights (10 pm to 6 am)
- Some evenings (2 pm to 10 pm)
