Molly's Mutthouse specializes in quality food, treats, and supplies for dogs. We also offer grooming, boarding, and hybrid daycare for social and non-social pups.
The Receptionist will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Duties
- Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner
- Greet clients, offer assistance, thank them, and encourage repeat visits.
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- 2 shifts per week will be spent in the back caring for the dogs
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- Strong communication
- Experience in customer service demonstrating dependability.
- One year of prior administrative experience.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with leadership abilities.
- Able to work solo or as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and organization skills.
- Consistently be available for our open shifts:Weekdays 6:30 am to 7 pm, Saturdays 8:30 am to 5 pm and Sundays 1:30 pm to 6 pm.
Ideal Candidate
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist with reservations, retail inventory, and administrative tasks.
- We would strongly prefer a candidate with at minimum one year of administrative experience.
- Bonus points for candidates who have prior working experience in a dog daycare setting and have used software to run those operations before.
Compensation and Benefits
- $15 - $17 per hour (depending on experience)
