Position:

Pet Care Professional serving the Fort Washington Area.

Primary dog walking hours are Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay: $18 - $24 per hour, with the potential to earn $1000 - $2000 per month.
30-minute visits start at $14 per visit, increasing to $16 within your first year. Most staff average $21 per hour.
Higher compensation for major holidays and last-minute requests.

Additional bonuses for obtaining Pet First Aid and Pet CPR certifications.
Flexible work as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe and positive environment while walking dogs.
Provide thorough and attentive care for cats and other small pets such as guinea pigs, gerbils, and hamsters.
Perform house-sitting duties upon client request.
Transport pets when needed.
Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
Adapt to varying client demands with a flexible schedule.

Ideal Candidates:

Designed as a part-time role, ideal for those with flexible schedules, including students and professionals.
This is an independent role; we prefer candidates who are self-reliant.
Critical thinking and time management are essential skills for this work.
Candidates with prior professional or volunteer pet care experience are highly encouraged to apply.
