- We are expanding our team and adding a new Reservation Specialist to the crew.
- We give high-energy dogs structured activities, problem-solving enrichment, and attentive handler interaction so pups return home happy and well-balanced.
- We limit daily capacity so every dog receives individualized care, and we also offer cage-free, 24/7 staffed boarding with trained team members who administer medications and follow strict protocols.

Job Details:
- Position: Sales & Reservations Specialist (new role)
- Location: Reno, NV (on-site)
- Hours: 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Shifts during business hours between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM with some flexibility.
- Staff will have access to industry-leading training, becoming fluent in all RWC services.
- Manage incoming reservation requests.
- Schedule visits and stays.
- Convert inquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with handlers and boarding staff to confirm availability
- Explain our enrichment programs and cage-free boarding
- Ensure all client expectations are met
- This role emphasizes proactive outreach and seamless reservation management to support daily operations and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- You’re a confident communicator with front-desk or customer-service experience and a strong sales orientation.
- You understand dog behavior and can explain how our programs benefit different temperaments.
- You excel at building rapport, listening to client needs, and matching those needs to the right services.
- Comfort with phone- and email-based sales, booking software, and clear documentation is essential.
- You should be organized, reliable, and able to collaborate across handlers, trainers, and boarding staff to ensure accurate bookings and client handoffs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $16.50/hour plus commission opportunities based on sales performance.
- Estimated monthly pay range: $3,000–$3,500 (base plus commission, depending on results).
