About the Role

East Bay Pet Care LLC is seeking two reliable, energetic Off-Leash Dog Walkers to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who love working with dogs, enjoy being outdoors, and can maintain a high level of professionalism with a premium client base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead safe, structured, and fun off-leash group outings
Provide occasional leashed dog walking and cat pet-sitting services
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and management
Learn and apply company training techniques for off-leash success
Ensure the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all animals in your care

Qualifications & Skills

Experience with dog handling, walking, or training preferred
Knowledge of animal behavior and pack management is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Self-aware, mature, and eager to learn

Requirements

Must have an SUV or van (required)
Comfortable working with both dogs and cats
Professional appearance and communication skills
Consistent availability
