About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Kennel Manager to oversee daily kennel operations and support our team. This leadership role maintains accountability and safety across our entire facility so every pet receives excellent care and staff have a safe and enjoyable workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Training: Train, supervise, and provide guidance and direction to both Daycare and Kennel staff, setting and monitoring performance standards.
- Operational Flow: Oversee the proper housekeeping for all areas, observe and report any repairs, maintenance, or need for supplies, and ensure the facility runs smoothly and safely.
- Animal Care: Maintain animal incident records and health monitoring, and supervise all tasks assigned to both Kennel and Daycare staff, including maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and health and safety of all pets and staff.
- Customer Service & Sales: Uphold the highest level of customer service, give tours and feedback to customers as needed, accurately invoice client purchases, and be the liaison between staff and clients if needed.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience
You are the definition of a dependable and prompt leader who is focused on achieving goals efficiently and keeping your team organized.
- You have 2 years of managing staff (Required)
- You have previous pet care experience (Preferred)
- You genuinely love pets, and are comfortable working with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and domestic pigs, and are passionate about providing them with a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
- You are operationally minded and capable of producing high-quality work in both animal care and customer service, and managing and communicating with staff.
- You enjoy planning, communicating, and driving the execution of procedures for a diverse team, all Modules- Boarding, DayCare, Bathing Services, and Office..
- You are a clear communicator, able to resolve employee complaints and mediate interpersonal problems effectively.
- You are careful, helpful, and cooperative—someone who takes safety and procedures seriously.
Schedule
- Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shifts include morning, afternoon, and evening responsibilities depending on daily operations.
What We Offer
- $17.50 – $20 per hour, depending on experience and performance
- Estimated $2,100 – $3,100 per month
