Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of professional, client-facing dog training experience required; 5+ years preferred. This is not an entry-level or apprentice training position.
We’re looking for someone with substantial hands-on experience training dogs and working directly with owners who can contribute at a high level.
Candidates should be comfortable working with different breeds, temperaments, and behavioral challenges and be confident educating clients and communicating training concepts effectively.
Experience with behavior modification, advanced obedience, multiple training methodologies, sport training, or working dogs is highly valued.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, team-oriented, open-minded, and interested in continuing to develop.
