We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Yorkville, IL, location. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is highly organized, compassionate toward both pets and people, and committed to maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily facility operations
- Supervise, train, and support staff to ensure excellent performance
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Hire, onboard, and develop new team members
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Recruit new clients and support business growth initiatives
- Maintain company goals related to labor, sales, growth, and performance
- Track metrics and report regularly to top management
- Ensure a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for pets, clients, and staff
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven leadership and people-management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a hands-on management style
- High level of compassion and care for pets and people
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
