We’re currently looking for a motivated Dog Walker to join our growing team.
Schedule:
- Ability to work at least three weekdays, 9:00 am–4:30 pm. With occasional weekends and evenings.
- Hours will start lighter and increase as our client base grows
- Ideal for someone flexible and patient with a gradual increase in workload
Responsibilities:
- This role is 80–90% dog walking and is ideal for someone who loves being outdoors and is confident in handling large, high-energy dogs that may pull
- Walk dogs safely and confidently, including large and strong breeds
- Follow detailed care instructions and maintain consistent routines
- Provide occasional pet sitting or drop-in care as needed
- Communicate clearly with clients and the business owner
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Strong, physically fit, and comfortable walking multiple dogs
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to work independently and outdoors in all weather
- Prior dog handling or professional pet care experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel within service areas
What We Offer:
- $20–$23 per hour, based on experience and skill
- Starting at approximately 5–10 hours per week ($400–$800/month), with the opportunity to grow to 20+ hours per week ($1,600+/month) as the business expands
