Our receptionists, client concierges, are the primary client contact. They assist clients with reservations and questions they have about their pet’s stay, providing tours and information, while gaining insight of the client and pets needs. They confirm all information and instructions from the pet parent then carefully and effectively communicate to the rest of the team so we can provide extraordinary care. Their empathy and willingness to help provide the peace of mind to our clients that their pet is in good hands. Additionally, the client concierges assist clients by introducing them to products and supplies found in our boutique that could be helpful to their pet.
Job Duties:
- Answering phones and emails

This is a fast paced busy position with heavy phone volume and client interaction.
