What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English and a high level of writing ability.
- Proficiency with Google Suite tools like Docs, Sheets, and Forms, with a meticulous eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with competing deadlines.
- Creativity and experience in content creation for social media management and email marketing.
- Availability to meet and provide deliverables during standard EST working hours (9am-5pm).
What You’ll Be Doing:
This role will provide a mix of marketing and operational responsibilities, giving you diverse experience and the opportunity to showcase your creativity.
Your marketing tasks will include:
- Setting and following a marketing calendar
- Assisting in the creation of social media content
- Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns
- Engaging with audiences on social platforms
Your operational tasks will include:
- Coordinating schedules for meetings, projects, and events
- Managing email inboxes and correspondence to ensure professional and timely communication
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support key initiatives

Role Details:
- Type: Part-time
- Compensation: $20/hour
- Time Commitment: Flexible hours (5-10 hours/week), with occasional peaks leading up to and during our annual virtual conference.
