Position Summary
We’re looking for a Guest Services Associate who excels at customer service, has strong administrative and communication skills, and enjoys working in a friendly, pet-loving environment. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for our clients — ensuring every visit is welcoming, organized, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, offer assistance, and create a positive first impression.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservations and scheduling.
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures, process payments, and maintain accurate client records.
- Discuss services, packages, and promotions with clients — helping them find the best options for their pets (sales experience a plus!).
- Maintain and organize client paperwork, including vaccination records and enrollment forms.
- Support marketing initiatives and administrative projects as assigned.
- Restock retail and front desk supplies, and maintain a clean, professional lobby.
- Collaborate with the Guest Service Coordinator and team to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in cleaning, organization, and occasional training support for new staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- Minimum one year of professional customer service experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling payments, sales transactions, and client interactions.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior pet care experience required, but a passion for pets is essential.

SAT (8am-4pm)
SUN (10am-4pm)
Three weekdays (10am-7pm)
Compensation and Benefits
- $15 - $17 per hour (depending on experience)
- $2100 - $2700 per month (based on staff availability)
