About the Role:
- We are excited to announce an opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales/Reservation Specialist.
- This role is integral to maintaining the warm and professional atmosphere we are known for, enhancing our clients' experience from start to finish.
Role Overview:
- As a Reservation Specialist, you will be the friendly face and voice of Alcala Country Pet Resort.
- You'll handle administrative and sales tasks, engaging with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information regarding our services.
- This role is customer-facing but also offers plenty of interaction with the dogs under our care—an exciting opportunity for animal lovers!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries, provide detailed information about services, and resolve any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Accurately record client details across multiple databases, maintaining clear and organized records.
- Collaborate daily with the resort team, understanding the dog’s daily schedule to relay relevant information to pet owners.
- Proactively suggest additional services that enhance the wellbeing of pets entrusted to our care.
- Maintain and promote the Alcala Country Pet Resort brand image, delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- The ability to understand and address client needs with empathy and effectiveness.
- Must be able to foster positive client relationships and collaborate seamlessly within a team.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and systems for enhancing client interactions.
- Must be comfortable making independent decisions and seeking guidance when necessary.
Schedule & Location:
- Our facility is located at 1273 Crest Dr, Encinitas, CA 92024
- Normal operational hours from 7 am to 6 pm.
- Candidates with weekend availability are preferred, as we seek to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $18 to $21 per hour before bonuses.
- Base pay of $2800 to $3400 monthly.
- We provide paid training, continuing education, and present opportunities for professional growth.
- Referral bonuses are available for bringing in new clients and staff.
