Welcome to Playtime Pup Ranch, a premier dog daycare, boarding, training, and grooming facility. We're passionate about providing a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs while creating a family-like atmosphere for our team. Our mission is to nurture a community where every dog feels at home, and every team member is valued and supported.

Our business is unique because we are a kennel-free, open, cage-free boarding facility.

Job Duties:

Lead playtime activities for large groups of dogs, ensuring fun and safety.
We maintain an industry-leading ratio of 1 staff member to 10-12 dogs at most times.
Monitor dog interactions and maintain a secure play environment.
Implement cleaning routines during the day and conduct thorough cleaning each evening.
Engage dogs safely, promoting positive behavior and socialization.
Support facility-wide cleanliness and sanitation efforts.

We strongly prefer a candidate with prior professional or volunteer dog care experience.

Requirements:

Staff must be available for either morning or afternoon shifts, normally running 6:30am to 1:00pm (morning shift) or 12:45pm to 7:00pm (afternoon shift).
We also have overnight shifts available running 6:00pm to 8:00am.
We prefer candidates who are consistently available.
If you have flexibility with your schedule and can also work weekends, that is a bonus.
Patience and empathy for the animals in our care.
Every candidate must have a passion for dogs!

Benefits and Compensation:

Part-time position with hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $16.00, based on experience.
Paid training with an expert from Duke's Dog Academy. We have a hands-on training program.
