As a local family-owned enterprise, we specialize in deluxe lodging, engaging doggie daycare, comprehensive dog training, and premium pet grooming services, highly recommended by local veterinarians.

Responsibilities

Greet clients, offer assistance, thank them, and encourage repeat visits.
Answer calls with professionalism and forward reservations to specialists.
Address client concerns, discuss pet wellness and services, and conduct facility tours.
Ensure smooth pet check-in/out, process invoices, payments, and keep accurate records.
Manage enrollment paperwork and vaccination records efficiently.
Execute marketing or special projects, complete administrative tasks, and restock supplies.
Perform cleaning tasks, assist in training new staff, and maintain well-stocked bathrooms.

Requirements

SAT (8am-4pm)

SUN (10am-4pm)

Two weekdays (10am-7pm)

Ideal Candidate

Provide outstanding customer service and assist with reservations, retail inventory, and administrative tasks.
Maintain cleanliness in the reception/retail area, break room, and laundry.
Support the Guest Service Coordinator.
We would strongly prefer a candidate with at minimum one year of prior professional or volunteer experience working with dogs.

Compensation and Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
