Praline's Backyard, an established dog-walking service in the Atlanta Metro Area, wants enthusiastic and dedicated dog walkers to join our team! Our focus on canine enrichment means we are committed to providing stimulating and enjoyable experiences for dogs and their families.
This unique dog-walking position is focused not only on dog-walking services but also on outreach and community engagement. Our staff participates in local events such as yappy hour events in local apartment and condominium complexes, educating dog owners on the benefits of Prailne's Backyard dog-waking memberships.

- We train staff for 3-4 weeks in a real-world, hands-on environment. This 3-4 week training period prepares our staff for long-term success.
- Supportive Environment: Work with one household's pets at a time, ensuring dedicated and personalized attention.
Responsibilities:
- Walking and caring for a variety of dog breeds.
- Maintaining a fun, engaging, and stress-free experience for every dog.
- Adhering to all established safety and care protocols.
- Providing excellent customer service to maintain high client satisfaction.
- The ability to drive from one client's home to another with a staff member's safe, insured personal vehicle.
Additional Perks:
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between clients.
- Opportunities for staff to refer new clients or employees through our referral program.
- When starting, staff will have a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Staff will also work on marketing, community outreach, and sales. Commissions are available on any dog walking memberships sold.

- A sincere love for dogs (and cats!) and a commitment to their care and enrichment.
- Ability to work with clients' high expectations and exceed them.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
